What is powder coating?
Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. Unlike conventional liquid paint, which is delivered via an evaporating solvent, powder coating is typically applied electrostatically and then cured under heat.
How do I get it done?
First step is to give us a call! We will schedule a time to discuss quality, colors, prices and expectations. Once we receive an order, we thoroughly clean, strip, and prep the piece. The item is then "baked" in our oven and ready for the powder application. After spraying, we "bake it" again. Once cooled, we inspect and ensure a quality finish. Typically, this process can be done in 24 - 48 Hours.
